Not everyone is thrilled about this new format. World Champion Max Verstappen isn’t exactly hyped, joking: „Hopefully, I’ll be sick that day.“ Some teams, however, see this as an opportunity. Mercedes team boss Toto Wolff remains open-minded: „The event sold out in 40 minutes. We should give it a shot!“

Fans can expect a big show – though don’t expect major technological reveals. The teams will likely showcase new liveries rather than their actual 2025 race cars. No one wants to give away secrets before testing kicks off.
